Work Experience

Work Experience Services will find a student a suitable work experience placements based on their career aspirations. We will provide a job description for the student and ensure all health and safety, insurance checks have been made before the start of the placement.

Work Experience Services will assess the suitability of each placement that students find and will ensure that all health and safety requirements are met and risk assessments completed before the start of the placement. We will also ensure that the companies insurance details are up to date and cover the student whilst on placement.

Work Experience Services can also come into school to deliver assemblies to launch the Work Experience programme in school, advising students on how to apply for placements emphasising the importance of work experience for their future career. We can also deliver workshops/assemblies on preparing for work experience to enable students to be prepared and gain the most out of their placement.
